I've been wanting to try the cornelli lace technique on a colored background with white lace. I finally had the opportunity when my cousin came to town for her 20th birthday and I decided to make her a cake! The cake is yellow almond butter and the frosting is vanilla almond buttercream. It is a triple-layer cake - one layer of Nutella filling and one layer of chocolate pudding filling. Yum!
